We really enjoyed staying at the hotel for 3 nights. Everything are perfect. It's just 2 or 3 minutes walkink to the bus station. All sights and attractions are in walking distance. The room is very spacious, comfortable and with fancy facilities. The meals are excellent. The service and the hot springs are also perfect. We are really graceful for the hotel staff who help us with the medicine warm-up. Definitely,we will stay at the hotel again next time.

The quality of onsen is really good, the food is so delicious for both dinner and breakfast. The location is very convenient. My son forgot something at the hotel and the staff sent it to our next hotel. We got it already. Thank you so much.

the food great (they are bringing to my room if you are group of people I don't know how they are managing) room is just normal (compare to price) but clean onsen is okay (very big but outside is small) location is very nice

Huge onsen facility with outdoor baths. You can also expect a smorgasbord of food from the kaiseki spread. Breakfast buffet had some great local highlights.
